Production Coordinator

Site Experience Production CoordinatorThe Site Experience Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the success of event productions by coordinating the technical, personnel, and organizational aspects of the Site Experience department while supporting and coordinating with the Project Managers and Director of Site Experience.Responsibilities include:Assist Site Experience and Visual Communications department personnel with job functions as neededMaintain proper documentation of any drives, templates, SOPs, etcCreate and maintain inventory and maintenance logDistribute information to various stakeholders in a timely mannerPartner with the project manager to onboard appropriate number of staff while maintaining databases of informationMaintain regular communication with the Management teamManage travel accommodations through proper systemsAccurately and timely input all seasonal employee's hours and respond to any payroll inquiries to ensure employee satisfactionSupport in tracking expenses for show specific supplies according to company policy and Project Manager guidanceAnnotate maps, drawings, documents per established guidelinesAdvance equipment, site needs and travel details for showsFacilitate safe, consistent operation and maintenance of all office and mobile equipmentAttend production and operations meetings as outlined by the head of departmentAssist with vendor set up and maintain accurate recordsEnsure that working conditions are safe and that employees are following company safety proceduresFollow all safety, corporate and department policiesMaintaining a professional and supportive work environment while following up on work assignments givenConduct daily rounds on all areas that fall under responsibilityResearch and secure sources for new projectsQualifications include:Bachelor's degree or trade school accreditation in related field preferred2+ years festival and concert tour experienceProven ability to remain calm and professional in all situationsThorough understanding various aspects of festival productionValid and current driver license, U.S. Passport, and credit card for hotel incidentalsProficient in MAC/PCOSHA 10 Certification requiredWell versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Google DocsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to make clear and concise decisions; sometimes with limited informationMust possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skillsPosition requires constant walking, climbing stairs and lifting up to 75lbsExcellent communication and presentation skills with technical, non-technical and executive audiencesProven ability to project a professional image by working steadily, being a team player and being responsible for personal actionsWork environment includes:Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environmentsMay work in drastic temperature climatesMust be willing to work during evening, weekend hours and travel to work events, as required, to meet deadlinesApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa.Equal Employment OpportunityInsomniac strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of age, ancestry, color, religious creed, family and medical care leave, mental or physical disability, marital status, domestic partner status, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, political affiliation, national origin, race, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, intersectionality, or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law, rule, ordinance or regulation.
