Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial evaluations and assessments of patient needs to form customized treatment plans that aim to alleviate suffering and enhance quality of life.

• Identifying areas of concern for patients and developing therapeutic treatment plans in consultation with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Qualifications\n
