Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment options.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to the client's unique situation.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Engage in regular consultation and supervision with peers and clinical supervisors to enhance professionalism and stay current with therapeutic trends.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Contribute to team meetings with insights and observations to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be to serve a diverse clientele struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family dynamics. By providing culturally competent therapy, you will work to meet each client where they are and collaborate with them in their healing process, ensuring effective communication and support in a virtual setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Possession of an active and independent license in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working as a therapist, particularly with couples or families.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and online platforms for therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
