Data Analyst

Business AnalystResponsibilities:Understand scope of Data-Lake solution and work on identifying the data modelParticipate in design and architecture of ETL processes for the defined mapping to Data-Lake solutionConduct meetings with teams to gather the data mapping requirementsConduct meetings with internal stakeholders to understand and perform the analysisUnderstand business problems, provide analysis and insights from the dataConduct scheduled progress reviews on all workstreams and interact with the teams dailyCreate detailed functional specifications for modifications, defect corrections, enhancements identifying mapping changes impacting Data-Lake solutionPerform process and data modelingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical fields4-8 years of experience in Supply Chain and logistics or related industryExpertise and experience in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distributionStrong project and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize workloadSolid expertise with MS Excel, SQL, any visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI, any ETL tools for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reportingHands on experience of working with Big data sets (Data sets with millions of records)Good to have hands on experience with any reporting toolGood to have any working experience in any Cloud ecosystemGood to have any knowledge of formal systems development methodologiesRequired Skills: SQL, Power BI/Tableau/ETL tools, Large Data Sets (Data Lake/Warehouse, Cloud), Data Modeling, Data Mapping, Presentation skills, Vendor management, Stakeholder meetings Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: Background Check: Yes Drug Screen: Yes Notes: Candidate must be willing to commute to High Point, NC 1 or 2 days a week or relocate to NC
