Your proactive approach and technical expertise will empower teams to work efficiently and confidently with their digital tools.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot malfunctioning machines in our Customer Care LabEvaluate freight-damaged machines, create an estimate of repair, and repair/refurbish machinesEvaluate returned spare parts to confirm/refute field diagnosis, determine disposition, and document in SalesforceRecord labor performed/parts utilized in repairs and product/parts dispositions in Sales ForceReview operation and service manualsMaintain open dialogue with colleagues to ensure alignmentAdditional duties as assignedPreferred Skills:Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude that takes ownershipExcellent phone etiquette with the ability to de-escalate tense situationsStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilityKnowledge of and ability to read electrical schematics and diagramsAbove-average verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well with all levels of the organizationBilingual – English and SpanishBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
