Production Coordinator

Production CoordinatorSERVPRO of Weston/ West Davie is hiring an experienced Production Coordinator who has administrative experience in the restoration industry, with preference given to those who have worked at SERVPRO in similar roles. This is a position of high visibility in an established company.The Production Coordinator will be the main point of contact for the administration of production projects by maintaining project timelines and ensuring all job file documentation is complete and accurate. The position requires extreme attention to detail, the ability to effectively communicate internally and externally, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced emergency service environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily project oversight to include monitoring statuses, audits, and work-in-progressReview and validate job site documentationComplete and review job file documentationResponsible for clear and efficient project communication verbally and in writing, internally and externallyMonitor and ensure insurance carrier requirements are followedWork closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to endReview complete job files for accuracyCollaborate and assist with other departments, as neededPosition RequirementsIntermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook a must!3+ years of administrative or office related experience in the restoration industry, specific SERVPRO experience highly preferred.Ability to quickly learn proprietary softwareAbility to be polite, confident, and provide excellent customer service verbally and in writingOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsMaintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, while maintaining accuracyBilingual English/Spanish a plusSkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesThis is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment.
