Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – After-Hours & On-Call Part Time, Professional Sarasota, Sarasota, FL, US Salary Range: $48.00 To $50.00 Hourly Compensation & Earning Potential

• 48–$50 base visit rate
• 225 weekly on-call stipend

Minimum productivity expectation: 18 points/week Mileage reimbursement (per company policy) Supplemental income with predictable on-call compensation Contact: Text or call Misty, Director of Talent: View phone number on click.appcast.io Position Responsibilities The After-Hours RN provides clinical support outside of traditional business hours and helps ensure continuity of care while reducing unnecessary hospitalizations. Complete skilled nursing visits during evenings and weekends Perform: Start of Care (SOC) assessments Resumption of Care visits PRN visits Respond to after-hours patient calls and triage concerns appropriately Coordinate care with: Case managers Interdisciplinary care teams Provide skilled clinical care including: Wound care Disease management education Support urology-related patient needs including: Urinary retention monitoring Post-surgical urology follow-up Complete documentation within required EMR timeframes Participate in rotating evening/weekend on-call coverage Schedule Structure Monday – Friday On-call availability: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM Coverage may include: Start of Care admissions Late-add visits Telephone triage support Option 1 Option 2 Saturday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Overnight triage unless an emergent visit is required Productivity Expectations Minimum weekly productivity: 18 points Point opportunities include: Start of Care admissions Skilled nursing revisits PRN urgent visits Resumption of Care visits Qualifications Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license Preferred experience: Home Health Urology Med-Surg Hospice Acute Care Strong assessment and triage skills OASIS documentation experience preferred Ability to work independently Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Ideal Candidate Prefer flexible evening work Enjoy independent clinical decision-making Feel comfortable managing urgent patient needs Have strong Foley/urology management experience Want supplemental income with predictable compensation Apply Today – Start Your Home Health RN Career Join a team that values your time, supports your growth, and empowers you to provide exceptional patient care.
