Job Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect assigned areas
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the property
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, and safety hazards
• Follow housekeeping procedures, productivity expectations, and safety standards

Must-Have Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stretch throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to push housekeeping carts and transport cleaning supplies
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Availability to work weekends and varying schedules as assigned
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience
• Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience
• Hospitality industry experience
• Experience working in fast-paced environments

Work Environment

• Indoor hotel environment
• Fast-paced work setting with daily room cleaning expectations
• Frequent walking between guest rooms and common areas
• Continuous standing, bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
• Use of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and housekeeping equipment
• Moderate noise levels common in hospitality operations
• Repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday

Important Job Expectations

• Candidates must be able to clean multiple guest rooms each shift while maintaining quality standards
• Weekend availability is required
• Scheduled workdays may vary based on business needs and hotel occupancy
• This position involves continuous physical activity and is not a desk-based role
• Dependable attendance is essential for success
