Position Overview

Ability Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our thriving outpatient clinic located in Delray Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Provide focused, hands-on treatment to a manageable caseload of 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring individualized care that addresses each patient's unique needs.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop effective treatment strategies that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a combination of manual therapy techniques and functional exercises tailored to improve mobility, strength, and pain management.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to clinical guidelines and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve patients with orthopedic concerns, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work closely with a diverse group of individuals ranging from young athletes recovering from injuries to seniors aiming to maintain mobility and quality of life. Understanding the specific needs and goals of each patient is essential to providing effective care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A commitment to continuing education and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient or orthopedic care setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
