Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient office, where you will interact daily with patients, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff within a friendly and supportive team. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life routine while ensuring that our patients receive consistent and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including pain levels, mobility restrictions, and overall physical capabilities.
• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create personalized therapy plans that align with each patient's unique needs, goals, and progress throughout the treatment process.
• Administer Hands-On Therapy: Provide effective manual therapy techniques and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities designed to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Regularly assess patient progress and adapt treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatments, outcomes, and patient feedback.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work alongside physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to establish comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Stay Informed: Engage in continuous professional development by keeping abreast of the latest therapy techniques and advancements in the field.

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, athletes sustaining sports-related injuries, and those managing chronic pain or mobility issues. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctoral degree (DPT) is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of current physical therapy methods, techniques, and principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.
• The capacity to work independently and as a supportive team member in a dynamic healthcare setting.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in a physical therapy clinical setting.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Phyxable PT LLC offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
