Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients by gathering detailed histories from patients, their families, and healthcare providers to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs, goals, and abilities of each patient, ensuring an integrated approach to care.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate documentation, confirming that all billing procedures align with industry standards and comply with facility policies.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies to promote self-management of their health and well-being.
• Enhance clinical competencies by participating in ongoing education and training sessions, as well as staying current with industry best practices and trends.
• Comply strictly with state licensing regulations, professional standards, and facility policies while prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
