Work Environment

You will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, designed to facilitate efficient and effective therapy outcomes. The workspace is tailored for high-quality patient interactions, equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and equipment that enables the application of various treatment modalities. Your schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life approach while maintaining a consistent patient care routine.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation needs.
• Administer hands-on therapies including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of specialized equipment to enhance patient mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and to adapt treatment plans as necessary for optimal recovery outcomes.
• Establish measurable and achievable goals for rehabilitation, providing regular updates to patients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on their conditions and the importance of adherence to treatment protocols, helping them understand the rehabilitation process.
• Maintain a patient-centric approach, prioritizing comfort and safety throughout each therapy session.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist in our rehab center, you will work closely with these patients, focusing on building personalized connections that foster trust and motivation. Your role will be essential in guiding patients through their recovery journey, encouraging them to reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing for the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting providing hands-on patient care, preferably within an outpatient orthopedic environment.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in using advanced therapeutic modalities and equipment, including ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy and a commitment to staying updated with industry advancements.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year.
