Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their specific needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans in conjunction with referring physicians.
• Implement evidence-based treatment techniques for a variety of conditions, ensuring you adapt approaches tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to patient concerns and fostering a respectful and supportive environment.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, maximally utilizing collaborative workflows.
• Deliver patient education and training to empower patients and their families in their healing process.
• Achieve and maintain minimum utilization goals and contribute to business objectives through proactive patient engagement and satisfaction initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will treat a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, pediatric patients, those with neurologic impairments, and athletes requiring sports medicine rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a recognized and accredited program is required.
• Must hold a valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• At least two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in outpatient settings.
• Current CPR certification and the ability to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and other essential computer skills to maintain patient records and communicate effectively.
• Proven ability to form strong relationships with patients, motivating them to exceed their functional goals.
• A genuine desire to connect with and positively impact the lives of those served in the community.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with a variety of therapy modalities and treatment techniques.
• Previous involvement in community outreach and relationship-building activities is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
