Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including assessments of physical condition, mobility, and functional capabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis and goals, integrating evidence-based practices to optimize recovery.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities, teaching patients proper techniques to enhance their rehabilitation process.
• Utilize physical agents such as massage and manual therapy to alleviate pain and facilitate healing in patients.
• Assist patients in the effective use of mobility aids, including wheelchairs and walkers, while ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed records, analyzing outcomes to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding in-home exercises and lifestyle modifications that enhance recovery.

Compensation and Benefits
