Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and treating patients under a plan of care developed in conjunction with the medical team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team during case conferences to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding exercise routines, the use of therapeutic equipment, and strategies to enhance rehabilitation efforts at home.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient or home care.
• Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
