Key Responsibilities

• Communicate evaluation findings and collaborative treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, involving them in the goal-setting process.

• Implement treatment protocols proficiently, adapting them based on ongoing evaluations and patient responses, as well as the latest trends in healthcare practices.

• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary, ensuring that adjustments to the patient's plan of care are made promptly in response to changes in their condition.

• Assist in discharge planning and follow-up care initiatives, ensuring that documentation is meticulous, accurate, and meets regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
