This position is based in our modern Rehabilitation Center located in West Palm Beach. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the physical capabilities of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Directing physical therapy treatments aimed at preventing disabilities, alleviating pain, and improving overall muscle function in accordance with customized treatment plans.
• Evaluating clients' physical abilities through comprehensive diagnostic assessments, including muscle, nerve, joint, and functional capability tests.
• Collaborating with and overseeing Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure the effective implementation of treatment protocols.
• Administering manual therapies and therapeutic exercises, ensuring clients are engaged and motivated throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Assessing the home environment of clients when necessary and recommending adaptations to promote increased independence.
• Documenting clinical records meticulously including evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Providing expert consultations to clients and their families on physical therapy procedures and the usage of therapeutic equipment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

• A valid Physical Therapist license in Florida.
• Current CPR certification.
• A valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
