Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery using comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods, which may include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Implement treatment interventions geared towards improving patient mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall functional performance.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously by documenting treatments, responses, and outcomes to ensure that therapeutic goals are met.
• Regularly reassess and modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations to address patient needs effectively.
• Provide instruction in the proper use of assistive devices and self-care techniques to promote independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors and caregivers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care, enhancing recovery and engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
