Work Environment

This position is based at our state-of-the-art outpatient therapy office in Palm Beach, where you will engage directly with patients in a hands-on approach. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life routine. The office's design encourages interaction between team members and fosters a patient-friendly atmosphere that enhances the overall therapeutic experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Administer one-on-one therapy sessions, typically focusing on 1 to 2 patients per hour, employing hands-on techniques and engaging active therapy modalities.
• Implement educational initiatives, guiding patients on self-management strategies, exercises, and other interventions to enhance their recovery and overall wellness.
• Regularly measure and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical findings and outcomes.
• Accurately document all patient care activities, maintaining compliance with organizational standards and ensuring quality assurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass working with a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative orthopedic patients to those with chronic pain issues. You'll have the opportunity to help individuals of varying ages improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid Florida PT license in good standing.
• A minimum of two years' experience in outpatient therapy settings, demonstrating a strong grasp of best practices and patient care methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with diverse patient populations, particularly those recovering from orthopedic surgery or sports-related injuries.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities that support patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems for documentation and patient tracking.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
