Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions through comprehensive assessments, including strength, mobility, and functional capability.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient, factoring in their health history and the latest evidence-based practices.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and guided exercises, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to enhance healing, alleviate pain, and improve mobility.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients about their conditions, empowering them with exercises, techniques, and lifestyle adjustments that promote long-term health and prevent re-injury.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with documentation standards while facilitating continuity of care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices through ongoing education and peer discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population experiencing various orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and age-related mobility limitations. Our holistic approach emphasizes not just symptom management but functional restoration, allowing patients to return to their daily activities with confidence.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctoral degree (DPT) is preferred.
• A solid understanding of orthopedic physical therapy principles, practices, and evidence-based techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits
