Your role will be onsite, maintaining direct engagement and communication with patients throughout their treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and requirements, ensuring individualized treatment plans are developed and communicated effectively.
• Manage a caseload with a focus on providing quality care through one-on-one sessions, typically seeing one patient per hour to ensure comprehensive attention and support.
• Utilize your experience to deliver cost-effective treatments that significantly enhance clients' mobility and overall range of motion.
• Implement alternative therapies to reduce dependency on medications and surgical interventions, guiding patients toward natural recovery methods.
• Develop and customize detailed care plans utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, including exercises for improvement of strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, adapting approaches based on their progress and challenges faced during treatment.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, continuously monitoring patient outcomes and making necessary adjustments to foster optimal recovery.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment services thoroughly, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and ensuring clear communication across the healthcare team.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. You will engage with individuals of all ages, customizing treatments based on their unique needs. Qualifications

• Possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, with a strong foundation in manual therapy techniques.
• Hold a valid state physical therapy license, demonstrating an untarnished professional record without disciplinary actions.
• Exhibit proficiency in developing and implementing individualized exercise protocols tailored to meet diverse patient needs.
• Demonstrate expertise in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to accurately document patient care services.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred, showcasing capabilities to manage similar patient populations effectively.
• Strong background in physical rehabilitation practices, particularly in developing cost-effective and evidence-based treatment plans.
• Advanced competency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription, enhancing overall patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
