Work Environment

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will primarily work in home care settings, providing therapy to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This onsite approach allows for tailored interventions based on each patient's unique living environment, promoting better outcomes. Your working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of orthopedic conditions, assessing patients' physical limitations and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on best practices and patient rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Regularly monitor and reassess patients' progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to align with rehabilitation goals.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and efficiently in our electronic medical record system.
• Educate and motivate patients and their families about the recovery process, addressing challenges and setting realistic expectations.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
