Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including assessments of mobility, strength, range of motion, and functional limitations, to develop informed treatment plans.
• Create individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at enhancing mobility, restoring strength, and alleviating pain, ensuring measurable progress is regularly documented.
• Implement a variety of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, tailored to each patient's recovery goals.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy to assist in the rehabilitation process, adjusting approaches based on patient response.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers, to coordinate comprehensive care that optimally supports patient recovery.
• Engage patients and their families through education on injury prevention, effective home exercise routines, and necessary lifestyle modifications for improved health outcomes.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to relevant regulations and clinic standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population that includes post-operative orthopedic patients, active individuals recovering from sports injuries, and seniors requiring rehabilitation due to age-related conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, but not mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient or sports rehabilitation setting is required.

Preferred Experience
