This position is primarily onsite, with therapists providing services directly in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Implement and adjust therapeutic exercises and modalities at the patient's home, ensuring compliance with physicians' recommendations.
• Utilize a range of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education for self-management.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and modify care plans as necessary, using evidence-based protocols to drive outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and the importance of adherence to prescribed therapy.
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining high standards of patient care and excellent customer service.
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive successful treatment outcomes for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic cases, pediatric patients, neurologic conditions, and sports medicine injuries. By addressing each patient's unique challenges, you will play a pivotal role in their recovery journey, ensuring they receive the tailored support they need to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, demonstrating your expertise in patient evaluation and treatment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, ensuring patient safety and emergency readiness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills to maintain documentation and contribute to electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health settings is highly desirable, equipping you with a nuanced understanding of the challenges and dynamics of providing care in a patient's residence.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with patients and their families, enhancing treatment engagement and outcomes.
• Experience with evidence-based physical therapy methodologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
