In this full-time, onsite role, you will partner with patients during their rehabilitation journey, helping them restore mobility and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patient conditions to identify specific goals and needs, ensuring individualized treatment plans are developed.
• Implementing cost-effective interventions and rehabilitation techniques to enhance clients' mobility.
• Designing and executing customized fitness and wellness programs that promote recovery and overall health.
• Employing a variety of treatment modalities, evaluating their effectiveness, and adjusting care as necessary.
• Motivating patients through each stage of treatment, encouraging optimal function and emotional well-being.
• Assisting patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals, which include improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and progress with other healthcare professionals.
• Regularly documenting treatment progress, adapting care plans based on patient feedback and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic surgeries, including but not limited to joint replacements, fractures, and tendon repairs. You will deliver hands-on interventions and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient's condition and recovery goals, fostering trusting relationships that encourage active participation in their healing process.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, demonstrating a solid understanding of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Ability to adapt care strategies based on varied patient personalities and capabilities.

Preferred Experience

While specific experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is required, candidates with additional qualifications in specialized areas such as sports therapy, geriatric care, or neurological rehabilitation will be viewed favorably.
