Restore Wellness Physical Therapy is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This full-time position involves providing high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to patients seeking recovery and rehabilitation. Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a warm and welcoming outpatient office setting, where teamwork and communication are paramount. Operating Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, our clinic endeavors to create a comfortable atmosphere for our patients. With a focus on one-on-one therapy sessions, you will maintain an individual patient load of one case per hour, ensuring focused and attentive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical needs and establish treatment goals tailored to enhance mobility and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Administer effective therapies that promote improvement in range of motion and strength, minimizing reliance on medications and surgical options.
• Provide encouragement and motivation to patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Document patient progress, treatment provided, and outcomes accurately in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, specifically utilizing WebPT for seamless management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal recovery plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on individual needs and responses.
• Foster a healthy lifestyle for your patients by incorporating wellness and fitness programs that address their personal goals and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves a diverse population of patients dealing with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with individuals of various ages, from young athletes recovering from sports-related injuries to seniors seeking to enhance their physical function after surgery. Understanding the unique challenges and goals of your patients will be vital in providing effective, personalized care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; ideally, candidates will possess a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Experience utilizing EMR Software, particularly WebPT, is preferred for streamlined patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is strongly preferred, enhancing your ability to address the specific needs of our patients effectively.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic methodologies and treatment approaches will be beneficial in adapting to the diverse needs of your client base.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and educational background.
