Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients through detailed assessments of health history, physical capabilities, and limitations to present an accurate diagnosis.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and pain management strategies.
• Employ evidence-based methods to restore mobility, enhance physical function, and promote overall wellness.
• Regularly document patient progress and responses to treatment, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for future evaluations.
• Adjust treatment plans as required based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback, ensuring optimal care and recovery trajectory.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective use of assistive devices, self-care techniques, and necessary lifestyle adjustments to support recovery.
• Maintain professional development through continuous education workshops, networking, and participation in bodies such as the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
