Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions through comprehensive assessments that include diagnostic and prognostic testing of muscle, nerve, and joint functions.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans that focus on preventing disability, alleviating pain, and restoring functional movement based on a foundational understanding of each patient's goals.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with established care protocols.
• Facilitate hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the application of physical agents such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Assess and recommend prosthetic and orthotic devices based on individual needs, contributing to enhanced mobility and independence for patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, care plans, and progress notes, ensuring transparency in communication with both patients and other healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, review, and adapt patient care plans during regular case conferences to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Provide education and training to patients and families regarding their treatment protocols and rehabilitation devices, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.
• Remain accessible to assist Physical Therapy Assistants during patient care as needed, ensuring quality oversight in service delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our rehabilitation services by actively participating in departmental meetings and initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient facility, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population, which may include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
