Work Environment

Our outpatient office in Greenacres, FL, provides a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients. As you join our team, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care while enjoying a standard working schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will have various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough and comprehensive evaluations of new patients upon intake to accurately assess their physical abilities and limitations.
• Designing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to promote recovery.
• Utilizing state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technologies to effectively deliver therapy and track recovery progress.
• Regularly evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment plans and strategies to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Fostering a compassionate and collaborative environment that encourages patient engagement and motivation throughout their treatment journey.
• Documenting patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care and adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries. This diverse patient population may include individuals with a wide range of conditions, such as post-operative joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Your role will focus not only on rehabilitation but also on providing education and support to patients, enabling them to implement independent exercise strategies that promote lasting health benefits.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current or pending Physical Therapy license in Florida.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, personalized treatment planning, and patient engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

While we require at least 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist, additional credentials or specialized training in orthopedic rehabilitation will be advantageous.
