Phyxable PT LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Lake Worth, Florida. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in our patient's recovery journey while working in a supportive and collaborative rehabilitation facility. Work Environment

You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Lake Worth, equipped with the latest therapeutic technology and resources. The facility is designed to accommodate various forms of therapy, including manual therapy, exercise regimes, and modern modalities. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations related to orthopedic conditions.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on individual assessments and ongoing evaluations, ensuring a personal touch for each patient.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and enhance functional mobility.
• Educate and empower patients by providing clear instructions on injury prevention, home exercise regimens, and techniques to maintain or improve their physical health.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with emerging trends in orthopedic physical therapy, enhancing service delivery and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse patient population requiring rehabilitation from orthopedic disorders, post-operative recovery, and sports-related injuries. This includes treating conditions such as arthritis, fractures, and post-surgical rehabilitation, where you will utilize both your clinical expertise and your compassionate patient-focused approach to facilitate recovery and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is necessary. Candidates with advanced degrees in Physical Therapy are highly encouraged to apply.
• Solid foundational knowledge and understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and fellow team members.

• Current certification in CPR and First Aid, or willingness to obtain certification shortly after hiring.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• Adeptness in evaluating and delivering care to a wide demographic of patients, including those with complex needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
