Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite at our Greenacres facility. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who share a common passion for patient care. Our work week is structured with shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced lifestyle while still making a positive impact in our patients' lives. Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to 1 to 2 patients per hour, ensuring each individual receives dedicated attention and tailored treatment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and create structured treatment plans that reflect their unique rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, progressive exercise programs, and equipment-based interventions.
• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as required to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Document clinical findings and treatments accurately in accordance with organizational policies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will primarily focus on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. You will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgical procedures, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will directly influence their rehabilitation journey, fostering independence and improving functional mobility.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university, with an emphasis on direct patient care.
• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years is required, any additional certifications in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or similar fields will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with technology-driven systems for patient management and documentation will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
