Serenity Motion Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our on-site rehabilitation facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality care to patients with orthopedic conditions, aiming to restore their mobility and enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and establish individual therapy goals in collaboration with each patient.
• Manage a patient caseload at a rate of one patient per hour, ensuring that each treatment session is focused, personalized, and effective.
• Utilize advanced treatment techniques and modalities appropriate to orthopedic practice to promote faster recovery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that may include exercise, manual therapy, and education on managing conditions.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary based on patients' progress and feedback.
• Document all patient care activities comprehensively and maintain clear lines of communication with patients and other healthcare providers.
• Encourage patients to adopt a healthy lifestyle by providing education about injury prevention and wellness techniques.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals involved in the patients' treatment to ensure a holistic approach.
• Actively motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to optimize their rehabilitation outcomes.
• Reduce reliance on surgical interventions through rehabilitative practices that promote mobility and independence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with adults of all ages, tailoring rehabilitation plans to meet their unique needs and helping them achieve their maximum potential. Our approach emphasizes continuous engagement and personalized care, ensuring each patient feels valued and respected.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate (DPT) degree is preferred and will enhance your candidacy.
• A clean professional record, with no history of disciplinary actions or complaints against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, adapted to individual patient needs and condition.
• Strong skills in developing and implementing safe and effective exercise programs tailored to patients' rehabilitation goals.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to document patient care and track progress efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient therapy setting is highly desired.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Additional certifications in specialized treatment techniques or modalities (e.g., dry needling, sports rehab) are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000.
