Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluation services that include reviewing pertinent patient histories, performing detailed assessments, and developing appropriate treatment recommendations based on evaluation findings.
• Effectively communicate evaluation results and treatment plans to patients and their families, ensuring involvement in goal setting and care processes.
• Implement customized treatment protocols that factor in individual patient conditions, rehabilitation needs, and the latest healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, documenting any changes in patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Execute discharge planning effectively and ensure continuity of care through proper follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in a structured format that outlines patient care, including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Meet productivity benchmarks while managing your schedule efficiently, attending necessary meetings punctually, thus promoting a well-organized clinic environment.
• Engage in marketing initiatives and collaborate with the community to enhance service accessibility and patient awareness.
• Contribute to departmental goals, adhering to the regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Pursue continuing education actively for professional development; mentor students who are in clinical training.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients with orthopedic concerns, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility and quality of life. You will work closely with them to develop personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to their unique circumstances and goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy with an active state license is required.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred and indicative of advanced knowledge and practice.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits
