Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing their comprehensive medical history and performing specialized assessments to create individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Communicate clearly with patients and their families about evaluation results and treatment strategies, actively involving them in the goal-setting process.
• Implement tailored treatment protocols effectively while adjusting strategies based on patient progress and the latest healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, monitoring and documenting any changes in patient conditions that may necessitate modifications to treatment plans.
• Engage in appropriate discharge planning by providing education and follow-up care instructions to ensure continuity of care post-therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all patient interactions and rehabilitation activities, including progress notes and discharge summaries, in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Exhibit proficient time management skills by meeting productivity benchmarks, maintaining an organized schedule, and being punctual for appointments and meetings.
• Participate in department initiatives and marketing outreach activities, contributing to community awareness and engagement with our services.
• Continuously pursue professional growth through educational opportunities and advocate for the same within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our diverse patient population ranges from active athletes to seniors seeking relief from age-related physical challenges, allowing for a dynamic and fulfilling practice experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and rehabilitate a variety of musculoskeletal conditions effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and commitment of our workforce.
