Work Environment

Our center provides a supportive and dynamic work environment centered around teamwork and patient engagement. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing our employees to enjoy the beauty and activities that Palm Beach has to offer outside of work hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to establish their mobility levels, physical function, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient progress.
• Utilize a wide range of therapeutic modalities including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments to ensure the continuation and effectiveness of care.
• Engage in regular consultations with medical professionals, including physicians and nursing staff, to coordinate holistic treatment approaches.
• Provide education to patients and their families about treatment protocols, home exercises, and preventive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative patients, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Your ability to tailor treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of various clients is crucial. You will collaborate with patients of all ages, ensuring they receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible license to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset that contributes positively to patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.
• Previous experience with manual therapy techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
