Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients by reviewing medical histories, performing specific assessments, and documenting findings to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation results and treatment options to patients and their families, involving them in goal-setting to ensure shared understanding and support.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, demonstrating proficiency in adapting methodologies according to individual patient needs and current health care practices.
