Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, facilitating personalized and effective treatment programs tailored to individual needs.
• Implement targeted interventions across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine, employing a diverse range of therapeutic techniques.
• Demonstrate superior customer service skills, ensuring a supportive and approachable environment for all patients.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based care practices.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions in the rehabilitation facility, focusing on improving the patients' function and mobility in alignment with the prescribed care plan.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers by providing clear instructions, effective communication, and emotional support throughout the treatment process.
• Achieve and maintain minimum utilization goals while actively contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of patients, from those recovering from surgical procedures and sports injuries to individuals requiring rehabilitation from neurological conditions. You will play a critical role in guiding each patient through tailored treatment plans that prioritize their unique challenges and recovery goals, making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Active CPR certification to ensure patient safety.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient in using technology for patient records management and treatment planning.
• A strong commitment to establishing meaningful patient relationships to support their recovery journey.
• A passion for making positive connections with patients and the community.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a rehabilitation facility setting, particularly with outpatient populations, is advantageous for this role. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and an aptitude for collaborative care models will further support the effectiveness of your intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually. In addition to compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
