Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists, ensuring to meet rehabilitation goals for each patient.
• Guide patients skillfully through their recovery process, adapting treatments as necessary to progressively enhance their physical capabilities and comfort.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes compliant with internal policies and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
