Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our outpatient office, allowing for direct interaction with patients. You will work within a low-pressure, steady-paced clinic that emphasizes thorough care delivery. The clinic operates weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating work-life balance while ensuring our patients receive consistent and quality treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized treatment by working closely with 1–2 patients per hour, ensuring each receives your full attention and expertise.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop structured, effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of effective therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, progressive exercise regimens, and equipment-based strategies to optimize recovery.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and recovery milestones, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to the clinic's policies to provide clear communication within the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation software to streamline administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
