Work Environment

This position is a full-time, onsite role primarily conducted in the comfortable and familiar settings of patients' homes. Our therapists have the opportunity to work closely with patients in environments where they can address real-life challenges and provide tailored support. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, identifying movement dysfunctions and establishing individualized treatment strategies.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's needs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions meticulously in accordance with clinic guidelines, ensuring compliance with billing processes.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain clinical productivity benchmarks while consistently updating your knowledge of contemporary practices and methodologies in physical therapy.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to in-service training sessions, and help in the development of new programs to enhance service offerings.
• Safeguard the health and safety of clients by ensuring a clean and safe therapeutic environment and regularly maintaining therapy equipment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients experiencing orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. We are committed to providing compassionate care that recognizes each patient's unique circumstances and health history. This position allows you to build meaningful connections with clients, guiding them through their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; however, candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree in the field are preferred.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida or eligibility for licensure after completing necessary requirements.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience using WebPT or similar Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, preferably within an orthopedic outpatient or home care setting.
• Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and managing patient cases to improve clinical outcomes.
• Proficiency in creating and executing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a robust benefits package that includes:
