Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite, primarily in patients' homes, providing a unique opportunity to engage in a personalized care experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients to formulate effective treatment plans
• Develop targeted, goal-oriented intervention strategies that address the individual needs of each patient, integrating feedback and data from both patients and interdisciplinary teams when available
• Utilize appropriate physical therapy techniques and modalities while adhering to state practice acts and professional standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation as per organizational policies, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Regularly assess and revise treatment plans based on patients' progress, effectively communicating changes to patients and families
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and self-management strategies to encourage active participation in their recovery
• Demonstrate proficient use and maintenance of physical therapy equipment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Support other team members by participating in case discussions and providing insights into patients' progress and needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida; temporary permit acceptable
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
