Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's physical condition and unique goals, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions that enhance mobility, aiming to minimize pain and reduce reliance on pharmacologic solutions.
• Utilize various treatment methodologies, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to individual needs and informed by evidence-based practices.
• Design and promote personalized fitness and wellness programs that focus on incrementally improving each patient's strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately, adapting treatment plans as needed and using feedback to refine approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center focuses on a diverse patient population with varying orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. You will engage with a wide range of patients, from active individuals seeking recovery from injury to those managing chronic pain and mobility issues. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• A minimum of three years of practical experience in physical therapy with demonstrable expertise in handling orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation.
• Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology as they pertain to musculoskeletal health.

Compensation and Benefits
