Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions through comprehensive evaluations to determine individual treatment needs and develop actionable goals.
• Create detailed treatment strategies and care plans tailored to each patient's specific diagnosis and expected outcomes.
• Utilize hands-on therapies, which may include manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation to promote healing and recovery.
• Maintain constant communication with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team, updating them on progress, addressing concerns, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Track progress using evidence-based methodologies and consistently review outcomes to enhance protocol effectiveness.
• Educate patients on home programs to ensure continuity of care and ongoing improvement outside the clinical setting.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to further enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging therapies and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
