Work Environment

Located in the vibrant community of Coral Springs, our outpatient office emphasizes a patient-focused atmosphere equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology. Here, you will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share a commitment to clinical excellence and a supportive work culture. Our standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' physical capabilities to develop customized dynamic treatment plans aimed at preventing disability and alleviating pain.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and assessments, including muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests, to accurately evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities, ensuring patients are engaged and motivated throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Implement modalities such as traction and massage while applying physical agents to enhance recovery.
• Assess, fit, and modify prosthetic and orthotic devices, collaborating closely with physicians to recommend adjustments as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, experiencing sports injuries, and managing chronic pain conditions. Our holistic approach is aimed at not just treating injuries but also equipping our clients with the knowledge and techniques to maintain their health and physical independence. You will develop meaningful relationships with patients, playing a pivotal role in their rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or advanced degree (Master's/Doctorate) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, with demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, combined with a strong ability to adapt to the needs of diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in managing patients with chronic conditions, including knowledge of functional progression strategies to assist recovery.
• Advanced training in orthopedic therapy techniques or certifications relevant to physical therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
