This full-time position is based onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Coral Springs, Florida, which is ideally situated to serve a diverse patient demographic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' specific goals, physical status, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Manage a caseload of patients, typically one-on-one sessions, to ensure personalized and focused care.
• Design comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and functional training.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at minimizing reliance on medications and surgical interventions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Motivate and educate patients on the importance of adherence to treatment plans and lifestyle modifications that promote health and wellness.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide integrated care.
• Regularly assess and reassess patients' progress to adjust care plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No records of board disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Strong foundational knowledge and skills in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software, ideally WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop effective treatment plans based on individual assessments and measurable outcomes.
• Skills in motivating patients towards achieving their rehabilitation goals, addressing both physical and psychological aspects of recovery.

Compensation and Benefits
