Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will operate primarily in an onsite rehabilitation center, utilizing state-of-the-art facilities designed for orthopedic care. The position entails a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their specific objectives and requirements.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives focused attention and care.
• Create and execute comprehensive care plans incorporating a variety of treatment methodologies tailored to each patient's needs.
• Implement cost-effective therapies aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and reducing reliance on medications or surgical interventions.
• Develop personalized fitness and wellness programs, motivating patients to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software, notably WebPT, for efficient patient documentation and management.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
