Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to enhance clients' motion and mobility, effectively addressing their unique rehabilitation needs.
• Design comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques, tailoring therapeutic interventions to individual patient goals.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and conduct regular assessments to monitor and adapt treatment regimens based on patient progress.
• Implement fitness and wellness programs aimed at improving patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, thereby promoting a healthier lifestyle.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their treatment journey to encourage maximal functional recovery and independence.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including consulting with physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation nurses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapists primarily work with orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
• Active state certification as a licensed Physical Therapist.

• At least 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred, alongside familiarity with rehabilitation equipment specific to orthopedic practices. Compensation and Benefits
