Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, including reviewing medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and analyzing functional movement.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities.
• Work with 1-2 patients per hour, providing focused, individual attention to ensure every patient receives efficient and effective care in a welcoming environment.
• Establish clear, measurable goals for each rehabilitation journey, regularly assessing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments and progress to ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary approach to optimize patient care, addressing physical limitations and holistically supporting patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, trauma, or chronic pain conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and age groups, each with unique rehabilitation needs. You will play a vital role in their journey toward regaining function and improving their physical abilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possession of a valid and active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription.

Compensation and Benefits
