Work Environment

Our facility is designed to provide a safe and engaging atmosphere for both patients and staff. The physical therapy department operates onsite, with a dedicated space that includes state-of-the-art equipment and technology tailored for outpatient rehabilitation services. The work hours are structured for maximum flexibility, with options for a schedule that includes Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts, creating a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, utilizing specialized assessment techniques to identify movement impairments.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and recovery goals.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to enhance patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, activity modifications, and techniques to promote independence and safety.
• Document patient care services accurately in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapy practice serves a diverse population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, stroke, or chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping patients of all ages regain their mobility, strength, and confidence, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
