This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Create a collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, patient safety, and exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for clinical improvement in partnership with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO).
• Engage with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through ongoing communication and relationship-building activities.
• Utilize advanced clinical systems to ensure high standards of documentation, optimal coding practices, and effective charge capture.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and practice act relevant to physical therapy.
• Drive metrics related to patient experience and satisfaction, continually striving to enhance service delivery.
• Apply the principles of the Physical Therapy Guidebook and adhere to the Perfect PT visit methodology in every interaction with clients.
• Manage clinical outcomes, addressing outlier cases in collaboration with fellow therapists to ensure best practices are upheld.
• Execute therapy plans with a focus on early intervention, ensuring evaluations are conducted promptly, often on the same day.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse group of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating from sports injuries. Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional and tactful manner.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, with demonstrated expertise in managing diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and experience adhering to industry standards for coding and billing.
• Background in developing and implementing patient care plans that lead to improved clinical outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
